“So 2019 was a big year for us as we attempted to transition to a new software that had a ‘built in’ reconciliation system that we were told would work ‘just like Rynoh.’ We got started in January and the reconciliation piece was a disaster – nothing like Rynoh. They could not communicate with my bank, it allowed you to just override if there was no match, and created total chaos. I literally could not sleep at night worrying about the accounts. After two months and no improvement, we made the decision to go back to our old software – primary reason is so that we could go back to Rynoh. I will deal with the limitations of our software as long as I get to keep Rynoh. We lost a few thousand dollars dropping the software but I know we saved much more than that with the problems Rynoh catches. I will never use a software that cannot work with Rynoh again!”
