Virginia Beach, VA, February 8, 2019 – Rynoh is pleased to announce the promotion of Heather Webb to operations manager. In her new role, Heather will be responsible for training, evaluating, and managing the daily operations of Rynoh’s client support team.
“Heather is a major asset to the support team, and she has become a natural leader by being the go-to person for any questions or concerns,” said Stephanie Davis, director of operations. “Heather knows our clients are our top priority and therefore ensures that the support team always provides the best possible service. I look forward to watching her lead the support team toward achieving the goals we have set for them as well as the goals we have set for her.”
Heather joined Rynoh in 2016 as a client support specialist and quickly advanced to senior client support specialist after demonstrating excellent leadership skills and expert knowledge of the Rynoh software. During her time with Rynoh, Heather has played a key role in developing and implementing an internal training strategy to ensure the client support team consistently provides the highest level of professionalism and product knowledge.

Heather studied graphic design and marketing at Pensacola State College and the University of West Florida. Prior to joining Rynoh, Heather held an office management position with a sales engineering firm in Florida. When she isn’t chasing after her two children, Heather enjoys attending art receptions, exploring the great outdoors, and spending time with her family.
