New Features

RynohEscheat

Enhanced Escheat Functionality with the EscheatPro Service 💻

We’ve enhanced EscheatPro to offer even more flexibility in managing unclaimed property. With this update, you can now escheat funds without requiring an integration with a Title Production System (TPS). This means you can handle escheatable funds that are not currently managed within Rynoh’s system, directly through our platform. 

By extending support beyond integrated TPS environments, Rynoh empowers you to maintain full compliance while streamlining your escheatment process, regardless of your system setup. 

 

 

Duplicate “No State” Alert Deletion 💻

We’ve added functionality allowing users to delete duplicate “No State” custom alerts in the Manage Alerts interface.
We introduced the ability to delete duplicate “No State” custom alerts in the Manage Alerts feature. 

With this enhancement: 

  • Administrators can now keep their alert lists clean and accurate by removing redundant entries. 
  • Alerts with dependencies remain protected, ensuring data integrity and preventing accidental loss. 
  • Once deleted, alerts are permanently removed from the system for improved clarity and usability. 

To access the enhancement, select the RynohEscheat Module, “Escheat” from the top bar, and “Manage Alerts” from the side bar. Select the alert you wish to edit and click “Remove”. 

This update simplifies alert management, reduces clutter, and helps institutions maintain better oversight of their compliance alerts. 

 

Update: Bank Account Issue Resolved 💻
An issue preventing users from adding new bank accounts in the RynohEscheat module has been resolved.  

The fix ensures: 

  • Clients can now reliably add and activate new bank accounts without error. 
  • Accounts display correctly after activation, improving visibility and management. 
  • Overall account setup and administration within RynohEscheat is smoother and more consistent. 

This update removes a long-standing blocker and enhances the customer experience by making the account management process more seamless.
