How to Setup Your Account
During the onboarding process, you can add bank accounts to RynohLive through the Onboarding Dashboard under your login. We recommend adding all bank accounts that manage settlement funds and are managed through your escrow software.

Verifi FAQs
When will verification run on a transaction?
Verification will run on a transaction as soon as we see all the criteria needed (Payee Name, Routing number, and account number). The Adaptor will pull in this data every poll (by default this is every 10 minutes), once every piece is completed, transactions will submitted for verification, response usually occurs with a couple of minutes.
Does a transaction have to be posted to run through Verifi?
The transaction must be entered into TPS to be pulled in and sent for verification. The transaction status can be Pending or Posted in TPS.
Where do I need to enter the routing and account number?
Rynoh pulls the routing and account number from the transaction details section from your TPS.
I turned on Verifi, why are transactions not being validated?
The account must be activated to send transactions. On the Manage Account Details screen, the Verifi module includes Transaction Criteria that must be set up prior to any transactions to be sent. This will tell the system what transactions to send for verification.
What happens if a transaction is changed in my TPS?
Any change in Payee name, routing number, or account number will prompt the system to resend the transaction for validation, given the transaction is still outstanding.
What if I have more than one validation criteria?
You can set up as many Transaction Validation Criteria as you would like.
What transaction types will be sent for verification?
- Any outgoing transaction that is not a check, has the required transaction fields for validation, and meets the Transaction Verification Criteria will be sent for verification.
When will we start pulling in those transactions to verify after activating?
Rynoh does not automatically pull in routing and account numbers for their reconciliation services. The system will prompt your adaptor to start sending those fields once an account has been activated. The initial poll to update the adaptor and pull in information on existing outstanding transactions will be scheduled for after-hours so the poll does not affect daily operations.
Can we input this information directly into Rynoh?
You will be able to enter the routing and account numbers into Rynoh under the Verifi module. The transactions will still need to be posted and pulled into Rynoh where the routing and account can be added.
