A milestone worth celebrating
Last week, RynohLive announced that their award-winning software protected its five-millionth real estate and settlement transaction. According to CEO and Founder, Dick Reass, there is no better way to acknowledge this milestone than to celebrate with the actual client that closed the five-millionth transaction.
“What an amazing ride it has been thus far. We have truly turned a dream into reality!” Reass said, “We wouldn’t be where we are today without our loyal clients.”
So, who is the client that closed the monumental file? Today, RynohLive announced Orange Coast Lender Services of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as the agency that closed the five-millionth transaction.
To celebrate the milestone, members of RynohLive’s executive team will make a trip to Pittsburgh to celebrate over lunch with the entire Orange Coast Lender Services team.

From a fledgling idea into an industry standard
Orange Coast began as a RynohLive client last fall. Though it has only been a few months, according to Rosso, switching over to RynohLive was a no-brainer.
“RynohLive’s reconciliation goes above and beyond what we expected, especially the RynohSecure dashboard. It’s great. The software has really been a huge help for Orange Coast and for me personally.”
For Reass, looking back at how RynohLive has grown from a fledgling idea and into an industry standard is astounding.
“Back in 2003 at the ALTA Convention in Phoenix, I was sitting in the audience listening to Frank Abagnale speak about how unprepared and vulnerable our industry was regarding fraud and theft. It dawned on me right then and there that I needed to do something about the ever-growing threats to my escrow accounts.”
Providing a solution to an age-old problem
Reass did do something about it. Over the past decade, thousands of agents have trusted the team at RynohLive to monitor and protect their escrow account disbursements.
