She spent many years in mortgage operations and leadership, developing a strong understanding of the business, regulatory, and risk considerations that underpin the mortgage industry. She later transitioned into technology roles, bringing over 12 years of experience leading initiatives within mortgage technology and, more recently, technology solutions serving both mortgage and title organizations.

Over the past five years, Kristen has owned product strategy and execution, launching multiple 0‑to‑1 products including compliance‑centric platforms, machine learning initiatives, and highly complex workflow solutions.
