NTP LogoRynohLive, the title industry’s premiere escrow and financial security software solution, today announced that Senior Vice President, Matthew Reass, has been awarded the National Title Professional (NTP) Designation. The NTP Designation is designed to recognize land title professionals who demonstrate the knowledge, experience, and dedication essential to the safe and efficient transfer of real property.

“Considering my predecessors who’ve received the NTP designation, it is truly an honor and privilege to be held in such company,” said Reass. “My family’s commitment and my personal commitment to the title industry is greater than Rynoh, as we’ve committed a career to empower and help protect our business partners, and the NTP designation epitomizes this commitment.”

Awarded by the American Land Title Association and the NTP Council, the NTP designation represents a measure of achievement and commitment to career development. All designees must fulfill a minimum set of qualifications in categories such as state land title association professional certification, industry experience, attendance record, ALTA involvement, state land title association involvement, education and training.

“I have had the pleasure of working with Matt in varying capacities in the title industry over the past fifteen years,” stated Robert Pleasants, EVP of sales and marketing. “I have consistently found Matt to be the consummate professional – dedicated, hardworking, honest and straight forward. At RynohLive we rely on Matt as a subject matter expert and authority on topics such as escrow reconciliation, financial security, auditing and oversight.”

Once awarded, the NTP designation begins immediately and remains valid for a period of three years so long as the designee maintains compliance with all state and local licensing, regulatory, and legal requirements; and pledges commitment to any policies and procedures adopted by ALTA in connection with the NTP designation.
