What’s New & Improved

RynohIQ

1

Feedback on RynohIQ Answers

New Feature

We’ve introduced the ability to give feedback on RynohIQ answers. Clients can now rate an answer with a thumbs up or thumbs down and choose a reason, helping us understand what’s working and where RynohIQ can improve. Feedback is available both in the RynohIQ panel and in the RynohIQ widget.

Recon

2

Recon Bank Transaction Search by Matched Date

Fix

We fixed an issue where the Recon Bank Transaction search did not return correct results when filtering by Matched Date. The search now returns accurate results.

3

Debit File History Report Balance

Fix

We fixed an issue where the Debit File History report displayed an incorrect balance. The report now shows the correct balance.

Escheat

4

Marking Transactions as NAUPA Reportable in Bulk

Fix

We fixed an error that occurred when marking transactions as NAUPA reportable in bulk. Clients can now update multiple transactions at once without error.

5

Transaction Locking After NAUPA File Export

Fix

We fixed an issue where a transaction stayed locked from being marked NAUPA reportable after a NAUPA file was only exported. An export now locks a transaction only while it is still marked escheatment complete. Clearing that indicator makes the transaction editable again. Transactions that were submitted or emailed remain locked.
