While the FinCEN residential real estate transaction reporting rule was vacated by federal court in March 2026, Rynoh is continuing to advance our FinCEN compliance capabilities in anticipation of revised FinCen regulation. We are actively integrating with the FinCEN BSA eFiling system to enable clients to file residential real estate transaction reports directly with FinCEN through the Rynoh platform once the rule becomes effective.
