Theresa Root’s career is distinguished by her progressive roles in managing large-scale complex operations, vendor management, and process improvement. Prior to joining Rynoh, she served as EVP of National Operations for Cypress Ascendant Services, LLC, where she successfully implemented strategic initiatives to streamline operations. She also served as SVP National Title and Closing Operations for Solidifi Title, leading national operations and CRM teams focused on enhancing the customer experience and building strong relationships.
In her new role at Rynoh, Theresa will oversee customer support operations, process optimization, and workflow enhancement. Her leadership and dedication to excellence will ensure that Rynoh continues to provide unparalleled service and support to its clients.
