Every February, Rynoh sends clients a survey to help improve its product and overall client experience. The survey, aptly named “I Love Rynoh” to tie in with Valentine’s Day, ran from February 6th through February 28th I Love Rynoh Client Survey 2019and raked in another record number of submissions from all over the country.

Using client feedback as a tool to improve

The survey’s questions focus on client feedback; what features or changes they’d like to see, and how Rynoh has helped their business as a whole. According to CEO & Founder, Dick Reass, unbiased feedback and success stories are a necessary tool to continually improve the software. “Our clients have helped shape Rynoh into what it is today,” Reass said. “From those who have been with us since the very beginning, to our newest clients, we want to make sure we’re providing the very best product. Our annual I Love Rynoh Survey has proven to be one of the best tools we have to directly pinpoint our client’s needs, and to improve our software for years to come.”

Selection process
This year’s winners were selected by Rynoh’s executive and sales team based on survey completeness and most original story or feedback.
