Rynoh Software Bundle Release Notes
Release: March 31, 2026
Rynoh Live has been rebranded as Rynoh Recon
RynohLive has been rebranded to RynohRecon to better reflect the platform’s core focus on reconciliation services. This update aligns the product name with its functionality, purpose, and expanding use cases across title, builder, and related markets.
The rebrand does not impact existing features, integrations, or workflows. Customers can expect the same capabilities and service, now delivered under a name that more clearly represents the value of the platform.
New Integrations
CMiS Integration
We’ve introduced a new integration with CMiS to support our growing builder market. This enhancement enables more efficient reconciliation for construction and builder workflows by improving data alignment, reducing manual effort, and delivering greater visibility into project-level financial activity.
Civitos Integration
A new Civitos integration is now available to support clients using this title production system. This integration streamlines reconciliation processes by enabling more accurate data exchange, reducing operational friction, and supporting faster, more reliable title reconciliation workflows.
New Features & Fixes
FinCEN
New Filters Added to FinCEN Report Search
We’ve enhanced the FinCEN report search by adding new filters to the search criteria, making it easier to find, review, and validate report data. These new filters allow users to narrow results more precisely, reducing time spent searching and improving overall reporting efficiency.
This update provides greater flexibility and control when working with FinCEN reports, especially for customers managing higher report volumes or complex datasets.
The new filters are available now for all eligible users.
Lock Report Status After Submission
We’ve added a new safeguard to lock report status after submission. Once a file is marked as reported, the reportable and non‑reportable status can no longer be modified.
This enhancement helps ensure data integrity, prevents unintended changes after submission, and strengthens compliance by preserving the accuracy of reported FinCEN data.
FinCEN Assessment Info Bubble Display
We fixed an issue affecting one of the information bubble displays within the FinCEN report assessment.
This fix helps ensure users have accurate context while reviewing and answering the assessment questions as it relates to your FinCEN reportable files.
Report Due Date for Non‑Reportable Files
We fixed an issue where a report due date was generated for non reportable files. Report due dates will no longer populate for files designated as not reportable, ensuring greater accuracy and clarity within the FinCEN reporting workflow.
This fix helps prevent confusion and supports proper compliance handling.
FinCEN Report Emailing
We fixed an issue where an error occurred when attempting to email a FinCEN report. FinCEN reports can now be emailed successfully, restoring expected functionality and improving report distribution workflows.
Assessment Notes Scrolling
We fixed an issue where notes entered in the FinCEN assessment could not be scrolled, making longer entries difficult to review. Notes can now be scrolled as expected, improving usability and ensuring all entered information is easily accessible during assessment review.
Escheat
Escheat Module Warning for Missing State Information
A new warning was added in the Escheat module to alert users when no states are associated with an alert. This warning prompts users to update the address information before generating the due diligence letter, helping ensure accuracy and completeness in the escheatment process.
Warning When Voiding Checks in Escheat Workflow
We added a persistent warning in the Escheat Module to alert users that voiding checks before escheating will remove them from the escheat workflow. This message is always visible on the NAUPA File Export/Submit page, regardless of filters or view state, helping prevent accidental voiding and ensuring checks are handled correctly during the escheatment process.
Due Diligence Letter Branding Based on Holder Profile
We enhanced due diligence letter generation to ensure the correct company logo and company information are automatically applied based on the Holder Profile selected in the View Alerts search criteria. When a holder profile is selected, the corresponding branding now consistently loads onto the due diligence letter at the time of generation.
This update improves accuracy and ensures due diligence letters reflect the appropriate holder information in Escheat.
Build
Updated Verbiage and Widgets in Rynoh Build Module
We updated verbiage and widgets across the Rynoh Build module to better align with builder‑specific terminology. This improvement ensures clearer language, stronger alignment with builder workflows, and a more intuitive experience for our builder clients using the platform.
