We’ve listened to feedback from our clients and implemented a series of enhancements designed to simplify and streamline the enterprise reporting experience. These updates focus on improving usability, reducing manual effort, and providing clearer insights across key reports. From multi-account search and running balances in the Check Register to improved navigation alerts and expanded reporting options, these changes are aimed at making your workflows faster and more intuitive.
Check Register Report Enhancements
We’ve introduced two major improvements to the Check Register report:
- Multi-Account Search: Users can now search across multiple accounts simultaneously, making it easier to view and analyze data without switching between accounts.
- Running Balance for Single Account: When searching for a single account, the report now displays a running balance, providing clearer visibility into account activity and position.
One-Time Package Report Enhancements
We’ve introduced several improvements to the One-Time Package reports:
- Preview Multiple Periods: Users can now preview reports for multiple periods before finalizing.
- Archiving to Logs: Generated reports can now be archived in the One-Time Package Logs for easier tracking and retrieval.
Reconciliation Wizard Improvements
The Reconciliation Wizard has been updated to enhance usability:
- Prominent Action Button: The main button is now more visible for quicker access.
- Unsaved Changes Alert: Users will receive an alert when navigating away from pages with unsaved changes, reducing the risk of data loss.
“Void Date” Added to Outstanding Credits Report
To help users identify when a credit was voided, we’ve added a Void Date column to the Outstanding Credits Report table.
