New Features & Enhancements 

FinCEN 
 Improved File Data Handling & Pre-Filtering 

When data on an existing file is updated — such as a buyer name or lender name — the system now correctly re-evaluates the file through the FinCEN pre-filtering process using the updated information. This enhancement ensures that FinCEN determinations, assessment responses, notes, and any prior work on a file are preserved during updates, while the evaluation reflects the most current data available. 

Lock Report Status After Submission 

Once a file has been marked as reported in the FinCEN report, the reportable and non-reportable status for that file can no longer be modified. This safeguard protects the integrity of submitted reports and helps ensure compliance by preventing unintended changes after a file has been reported. 

  

Escheat 
Additional Fields in Due Diligence Letters 

New configurable data fields are now available when generating Due Diligence Letters in the Escheat module. Users can now include the following optional fields in letter templates: 

  • Borrower/Buyer Name and Address 
  • Lender Name 
  • Closing Date 
  • Payee Name 
  • Company Name 
  • Company Email 
  • Check Number 

Warning for Missing Data on Required Fields 

The Escheat module will now display a clear warning message when required fields are empty during Due Diligence Letter generation. This validation prompts users to review and complete any missing information before proceeding, helping to reduce errors and improve the quality of outbound correspondence. 

Warning Added to Complete Escheatment Dialog 

A warning message now appears in the Complete Escheatment dialog to remind users not to mark an escheatment as complete prior to filing with the state. This improvement helps prevent premature completion that could result in files being removed from the active workflow before the required state filing has occurred. 

Bug Fixes  

Rynoh Funding 
Payment Search Filtering Correction 

Resolved an issue in Rynoh Funding where the payment search returned incorrect transaction types and statuses. Payment search results now accurately reflect the correct transaction types and statuses for all applicable payments. 

Escheat 
Due Diligence Letter – Multiple Bug Fixes 

Resolved several issues affecting Due Diligence Letter workflows in the Escheat module: 

  • Errors that occurred when sending Due Diligence Letters via email or bulk email actions have been resolved. Letters can now be sent individually and in bulk without error. 
  • Inaccurate messaging that appeared when generating bulk PDF letters has been corrected. 
  • An issue that allowed already-completed items to be incorrectly marked as complete again has been fixed. 
  • A display issue affecting letter layout when company logos were oversized has been resolved. Letters now render correctly regardless of logo dimensions.
